Orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. Domestic U.S. orders usually arrive 3 to 5 days after fulfillment.International delivery times vary by destination.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Areté Complete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees incurred.
EXCHANGES
Standard production garments may be exchanged for size or design within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

EDITIONS AND ONE OF A KIND PIECES
Edition II, Edition III, and all one of a kind hand processed garments are final sale.
Due to the nature of our dyeing and layering process, variations in tone, texture, and wear are intentional and part of the garment’s character.
Each piece is produced as a functional artifact. No two are identical.
ORDER CHANGES
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
If an exception is approved prior to fulfillment, payment processing fees may not be refundable. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.
